Monthly Package Conditions

The package does not include any custom functionality. If the client requires custom features such as booking systems, order management, or any other advanced functionality, additional charges will apply based on development hours. Payment must be made before work begins.

• If the package page limit is exceeded, the client will be charged $25 for each additional page.
• Clients may request content updates. Once the monthly update limit is reached, additional requests will be charged at $20 per request.
• For eCommerce websites, monthly product upload limits will apply.
• Video editing or image retouching services will be charged separately based on working hours.
• If the client requires premium images or stock assets, the client must provide them.
• Clients may request features available within the Elegant Themes ecosystem.
• The website will be developed using WordPress. Only Contributor/Author access will be provided. Admin access will not be provided.
• Before starting project, client must sign aggrement.

Ownership & Licensing Policy

All website assets, source files, designs, and related materials created by iSoftMark remain the exclusive property of iSoftMark. iSoftMark reserves all copyrights and ownership rights to the website and its assets.

If a client chooses to discontinue their monthly package, the client may not request ownership of the website, reuse the website, or use a similar design elsewhere.

However, clients may purchase a lifetime license for full ownership of the website assets at the following one-time rates:
